Working Flow for egg tray production line
MOLDING SYSTEM
1. The molding machine absorbs the pulp conveyed by the pulp supply pump into the molding machine hopper to the molding machine mold. The vacuum system sucks the pulp to the molding machine mold to suck the excess water into the air-water separation tank. The water pump pumps water into the pool for storage.
2. After the molding machine mold absorbs the pulp, the molding machine robot will take out the finished product and send it to the drying conveyor.
PULPING SYSTEM
Put all kinds of waste paper into the pulper. After about 40 minutes of high-concentration stirring, the slurry is automatically transferred to the pulp supply tank for storage and stirring. After being transported by the pulp supply pump to the mixing tank and stirred to the desired concentration of pulp, the pulp is placed in the pulp supply tank and fed to the forming machine through the pulp supply pump.
DRYING SYSTEM
Traditional brick conveyor belt drying has the advantage of using coal, natural gas, diesel and other fuels, and the drying line construction cost is low. The traditional conveyor belt method is adopted, with low maintenance rate and strong heat preservation.

Brick Kiln daying is the least investment, least cost ,the most economic and the highest efficiency production line.

PRESSING SYSTEM
Automatic counting and stacking machine will be equipped to reduce labors, and packing machine will be used to press the bundle of egg trays to save space for storing and transporting.
