♦4. Working Flow of egg tray production line 

1. Pulping System, including Pulp Pump, Pulp Pond Beater, Waste Water Pump, Pulp Conveying Pipe, Electricity Control Cabinet. Pulping System is the first step for egg tray production.

In the process, waste paper is put into the Hydraulic Pulper, and after crushing and mixing, etc. processes the pulp of a specific density for forming egg trays will be ready.

2. Forming System, including Molding Machine, Control Cabinet, Vacuum Pump, Air Compressor, Mould Cleaner, etc..
In this process, paper pulp made in the first step will be formed into egg trays.

3. Drying System, including natural drying in the air, metal-dryer drying and brick-dryer drying.
For a steel dryer, the conveyer can be single layer or multi-layer.

For a brick dryer, the conveyor can only be single-layer, and the client must prepare building materials like bricks and cement for building the dryer.
