The whole full automatic egg tray making machine include pulping system, fomring system, and drying system.

The whole production line of the egg tray machine include 4 system, egg tray pulping system, egg tray forming system, and egg tray drying system, egg tray packaging system.

● Pulping system

Pulping system is mainly comprised of hydrapulpter, pulp pump, multi-function refiner machine, blender, control cabinert,ect.
This process is designed to allow the waste paper turned into pulp.Put the waste paper to pulper to make pulp, after some
support equipments and 3 pulp pools, the pulp concentration will become 0.8%-1%

● Forming system

Forming machine and the support equipments make the pulp become the egg tray.This is primarily using the aluminum
mold to absorb the pulp then molding the egg tray , by vacuum pump.The blow molding technology is the key.

● Drying system
We could produce single drying line and multi-layer drying line in according to our customers' request The stove or the burner,
The coal, gas,diesel oil. According the price the coal,gas,oil. The drying line we can make single layer or multi layer depend
on buyer's request. And the fuel can be diesel ,natural gas ,coal and electric . the enegy of consumption of our company
drying line is 20%-30% less than the same domestic industry .Our company design assistant drying road to recycle.
the tail gas after measure, the tail tempreature is about 130°C.

Our service

A: The Seller will send two engineers to the buyer’s factory, they are responsible for the instruction of installing machine and training the operator until the machine working normally. All the expenses out of china (including the round-trip air tickets, foods and hotel, salary 70usd/day/enginner) should be borne by the buyer. The buyer should prepare onetranslator for our engineers to communication.

B: Forming machine warranty time: 12 month. (not including the mould and quick-wear parts)

The seller will provide below quick-wear parts for free to buyer:

Proximity switch --10 units.

Solenoid valve –1 unit (10 leather packing)

Mold core –10 boxes

C: Within 3 months, if Vacuum pump, motors or Air compressor was broken because of the quality of machine itself, the buyer should send the problem part back to seller , the seller will provide the new one immediately. But as for the wrong operation of the workers, the seller will not be responsible for them.

D: After guarantee period the Seller will send engineer on the Buyer’s request. All the expenses of this engineer will be borne by the Buyer’s company, and service charge will be negotiated by the Buyer and the Seller.
