Production Process Of Pulp Egg Tray Moulding Machine

The whole egg tray production line include pulp making system , egg tray molding system , egg tray drying system, egg tray packing system.

Pulp Making

Put the raw materials, various waste paper and water into the beater at a ratio of 1: 2. After 30 ~40 minutes of beating, the beaten pulp is put into the paddle tank for use.The pulp in the homogenizer will be stirred with pure water in one step to become more uniform.

1 person can be responsible for putting paper and pulp, ensuring that there is enough pulp in the paddle tank. This person also can test the egg tray weight time to time.

Egg Trays Forming

The forming part is matched with a forming machine and some accessories such as a vacuum pump and an air compressor, and the egg tray is formed by drawing pulp and blowing air. The machine will put the egg trays on the drying pallet automatically
