Introduction of the egg tray production line :
1.The fully automatic egg tray production line developed by Holden is composed of pulping system, forming system, drying system, stacking system with some auxiliary equipments.
2.Egg tray produciton line, which uses waste paper, cardboard, leftover material of paper mill, by hydraulic pulper, mix making a certain dense pulp, and pulp is absorbed by vacuum of special metal moulding to become wet products, through drying , and shaping to become finished products.this production line processing makes use of recycled water and does not lead to water or air pollution. Finished packaging products can be recycled after being used in storage, transport, and sales. After shredding, they are easy to be decomposed as paper, even if discarded into the natural environment.
3.If you changing to different molds, the egg tray production line can also produce various kinds of moulded pulp products with large quantity demand and simple structure such as fruit tray(apple tray, avocado tray, pear,etc), Coffee cup tray( 2-cup holder, 4-cup and 5-cup holder) and wine bottle tray. It can also produce some types of inner packages for electric products and disposable medical-care products.
4.The full automatic pulp molding machine controls the whold system automatically by PLC+ touch screen. The whold process including pulping, screening, consistency adjustment, supplying, forming, transferring and drying can be controlled by the program without labor involvement in production line. It is gradually popular in market of paper molded products in replacement of EPS packages based on its low labor cost, environmental production and also high producting efficiency.

The Advantages of Paper Pulp Molding Production Line
1. Waste paper Recycling with low cost
Its raw material are any kind of papers, like wasted newspaper, carton, printers or leftover bits in paper mill, convenient to collect with low cost. The cost of pulp molding product is much lower than EPS products.
