Production Process of Small Egg Tray Making Machine
The whole egg tray production line include pulp making system , egg tray molding system , egg tray drying system, egg tray packing system.
Pulp Making
Put the raw materials, various waste paper and water into the beater at a ratio of 1: 2. After 30 ~40 minutes of beating, the beaten pulp is put into the paddle tank for use.The pulp in the homogenizer will be stirred with pure water in one step to become more uniform.
1 person can be responsible for putting paper and pulp, ensuring that there is enough pulp in the paddle tank. This person also can test the egg tray weight time to time.
Main equipment:
Hydrapulper ,Pulp pump ,,agitator,Self priming pump,pulping machine.
Egg Trays Forming
The forming part is matched with a forming machine and some accessories such as a vacuum pump and an air compressor, and the egg tray is formed by drawing pulp and blowing air. The machine will put the egg trays on the drying pallet automatically
Main equipment:
Full automatic egg tray forming machine, Vacuum pump Air compressor, High pressure washer , Negative pressure tank , mould, Transfer mould, baler .
Egg trays Drying
The wet egg trays will dry after go through the dryer by about 30 min.
