Pulp Making

Egg Tray / Egg Carton Forming

The forming part is matched with a forming machine and some accessories such as a vacuum pump and an air compressor, and the egg tray is formed by drawing pulp and blowing air. The machine will put the egg trays on the drying pallet automatically

Egg Tray / Egg Carton Drying

The wet egg trays go through the, about 30 min, they will dry.
