Processing of Paper Pulp Egg Tray Making Production Line
Pulping System:
To put used paper and water into pulper, the paper will be transform into pulp by force of rotating water inside of pulper; The finished pulp will be screened and grinded into fine pulp, And ready for forming machine use.
Main equipment:
Hydrapulper ,Pulp pump ,Air compressor,agitator,Self priming pump,pulping machine.
Molding System:
The fine pulp go into the forming machine, then transform into wet trays.
