Start the rotary egg tray molding machine and pump the pulp inside, the extra pulp will flow back to the first pool automatically.Turn on vacuum pump for vacuum production. Water for vacuum pump operation should be clean and circulated. The water separated by the vacuum pump from the molding machine will flow to the pulp pool for another circulation.

For each stroke of egg tray molding, water will be sprayed out from the nozzles to clean the molds. It's a very important unit which not only cleans the mold but also removes extra burrs on the egg tray, making sure the egg tray produced has a smooth edge.

Our Service Of Paper Pulp Molding Egg Tray Machine

A: We are able to send two engineers to the buyer’s factory, they are responsible for the instruction of installing machine and training the operator until the machine working normally. All the expenses out of china (including the round-trip air tickets, foods and hotel, salary 70usd/day/enginner) should be borne by the buyer. The buyer should prepare one translator for our engineers to communication.

B: Forming machine warranty time: 12 month.(not including the mould and quick-wear parts) The seller will provide below quick-wear parts for free to buyer:

D: After guarantee period the Seller will send engineer on the Buyer’s request. All the expenses of this engineer will be borne by the Buyer’s company, and service charge will be negotiated by the Buyer and the Seller
