Working Flow and Main Components of Zengtuo Company Egg Tray Equipment

A complete egg tray production line contains pulping making system, forming system, drying system, and packing system.

1. Pulping making system: put the raw materials (various waste paper) into the pulping machine, and after about 40 minutes of high-concentration stirring, the pulp will be automatically transported to the pulp supply tank for storage and stirring. Then the pulp is transported by the supply pump to the mixing tank and stirred to the required concentration of pulp. Then put into the supply tank and transported to the forming machine through the supply pump.

2. Forming system: the forming machine absorbs the pulp (delivered by the supply pump to the hopper of the forming machine) to the mould of the forming machine. The vacuum system sucks the pulp onto the mould of the forming machine and absorbs the excess water into the water vapor separation tank. The water pump pumps the water into the pool for storage. The mold of the molding machine absorbs the pulp to form, and then the manipulator of the molding machine takes out the finished product and sends it to the drying conveyor belt.

3. Drying system: 2 kinds of drying options: brick drying or metal drying.

Brick Drying System

It needs fuels and space with 35-65 m long at least. It has a higher drying efficiency than the natural drying. Thereafter, it is suitable for the customers who also have enough lands and a low cost of bricks in the local place and a larger-scale production line of egg trays.

It is fully automatic using a conveying belt. The egg trays will be placed on the belt and then the conveyor transfers them into the drying room and out of it automatically after drying.

Metal Drying System – Full Automatic Egg Tray Dryer

Metal egg tray drying system covers a small space and has a high drying efficiency. This kind of drying is suitable for the customers who have limited space and a high cost of bricks and labors. Besides, the customers can choose the single layer and multiple layers according to the scales of the production line.

Note: the metal drying system cannot accept coal or wood as the heating source, because they may affect the quality of the egg trays.
